At Quantify Books, we aim to provide complete satisfaction with our bookkeeping and accounting services. However, due to the nature of digital and professional services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Duplicate or accidental payments.
• Services not delivered as per agreed terms (verified by our support team).
• Technical errors resulting in non-provision of paid services.
Refunds will not be provided if:
• Work has already commenced on your project.
• You fail to provide required information or documents.
• Dissatisfaction due to change of mind after service initiation.
3. Refund Process
• To request a refund, email billing@quantifybooks.com
• Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate termination of services and reporting to payment processors. We encourage you to resolve any issue with our support team.
